The Challenge

Ignyte a leading low-code company in Virginia, specializes in automation and AI solutions for industries including healthcare, government, and finance. To expand its impact in healthcare, Ignyte developed a private mental health app designed to support more than 200 clinics and hospitals across the United States.

The challenge was to create a visual identity and app icon that communicates empathy, trust, and innovation—values critical to patients and healthcare professionals who rely on mental health services.

Our Process

Our approach began with thorough branding research, focused on the intersection of health & care branding and technology-driven Design. We studied existing medical and mental health applications, analyzing how they conveyed closeness, care, and support while remaining professional and innovative.

Key steps in our creative process included:

Identifying positive symbols commonly associated with health branding.
Exploring color palettes and shapes that evoke empathy, reliability, and a modern technological aesthetic.
Designing a versatile health icon app that would stand out while remaining universally recognizable.

The Result

The new icon successfully embraces the goals of trust and innovation. Making the app approachable for patients while demonstrating it as a top-tier healthcare app for providers.
